Take a moment to read and I hope something resonates with you.

Changes

http://www.shanemyersphoto.com/mostpopular/e68e78bdd Changes. This is constant. Nothing else is as certain as this. Everything and everyone experiences changes. We all know this and yet we resist. As much as change is consistent, fear of change comes along for the ride. Very recently, I experienced how much changes can affect people on a large scale. We all believe that change is necessary when situations are not exactly ideal. However, mere talk of change can bring about hysteria in a massive scale. People start panicking and the next thing you know messages turn into gossip and all the negative 'what ifs' come out to play havoc. "What if this happens? Thoughts

Photography by  Aris Yanuar Setianto @ https://www.pinterest.com/ You don't have to control your thoughts, you just have to stop letting them control you - Dan Millman That voice in your head. Constantly telling us what to say, do and think. Constantly running. Never stops. Most of us live in our minds. We all do talk to ourselves whether we recognise it or not. Engrossed in whatever is...

I have and these are the times when people feel the need to talk to you and have meetings and discussions.  You look unusually quiet and everyone wants to know what's wrong. There is nothing wrong. But just the lack of interest or energy to hold a proper conversation or to be your regular self. That does not mean you have fallen into depression. However, if this continues and is on a regular basis, please do talk to someone.  We don't have to be chirpy and positive all the time. There will be up and down days and we have to accept that we do get moody. Just because we project ourselves to be chirpy does not necessarily mean that's how we feel internally all the time. Sometimes we know the reason why, such as an arguement that happened the previous day or something that didn't go as you ex...
